These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.JamesDeeMedia.ca (the “Site”), including any purchases (currently, our Wallpaper Pack). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We are not sponsored by or affiliated with any brands or entities other than JamesDeeMedia. We do, however, display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) on the Site. The presence of ads does not constitute endorsement of, or affiliation with, any advertised products, services, or advertisers.

2. Digital Product: The Wallpaper Pack

A. Description
• We currently offer a single digital product: the Wallpaper Pack. Purchase occurs via a secure third-party processor (e.g., Shopify) under their terms and privacy policy.

B. No Payment Data Storage
• We do not handle or store your payment details. All financial transactions are secured and processed by the third-party platform. We only receive confirmation of a successful payment, not your credit card or bank information.

C. License to Content
• When you purchase the Wallpaper Pack, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use these images for personal purposes. You may not re-sell, distribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.

3. Refund Policy

• Digital Items: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once you have access to the Wallpaper Pack, refunds are not provided.

• Special Circumstances: If you encounter technical issues downloading your purchase, or believe a special circumstance applies, contact us at JamesDeeMedia@hotmail.ca. We may review these on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Site Content: The Site’s text, images, logos, and other materials are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited.

B. User-Generated Content: If you submit comments, reviews, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or reference them for promotional purposes (with attribution if we identify you).

5. Limitation of Liability

A. No Guarantees of Results
• The Wallpaper Pack is provided solely for aesthetic or creative purposes. We make no warranties of results (such as business gains or personal satisfaction) from using these wallpapers.

B. Payment & Security
• Since a third-party handles all transactions, we are not liable for payment processing errors or security breaches on that platform’s end.

C. General Liability
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the Wallpaper Pack. This includes lost data, lost revenue, or any dissatisfaction with the product or the Site.

6. Disclaimers

• All Site content (including the Wallpaper Pack) is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is error-free, virus-free, or that it meets your requirements.

• We may display third-party ads (including Google AdSense). Such ads do not imply our endorsement. Any transactions or interactions with these advertisers are strictly between you and the advertiser.
